You Will Love These Keto Cocktails

Can you have cocktails while on the Keto Diet? Heck yes, you can!! Pure liquors, such as vodka, rum, whiskey, and tequila have zero carbs….that’s right….no carbs! Today, I will show you keto-friendly cocktails made with each type of liquor we just discussed.

Just keep in mind that with taking in fewer carbohydrates, your tolerance will not be what it once was. These cocktails are so delicious, though, it is going to be difficult to sip slowly.

#1 – Keto Mojito

Ingredients
1.5 oz rum
Soda Water
Mint leaves
2 lime wedges
Simple syrup made with stevia instead of sugar

Instructions – In a highball glass filled with ice, add your rum. Smack and tear your mint leaves into your glass. Squeeze your lime wedges and drop into your glass. Add a dash of your keto simple syrup. Then fill your glass to the top with soda water. Shake well to blend all ingredients and enjoy.

#2 – Keto Dark and Stormy

Ingredients
1.5 oz rum
2 lime wedges
Angostura bitters
Diet Ginger Beer

Instructions – In a highball glass filled with ice, add your rum. Squeeze your lime wedges over the ice and rum. Add a dash of Angostura bitters. Then fill your glass to the top with Diet Ginger Beer. Shake well to blend all ingredients and enjoy.

#3 – Keto Mexican Mule

1.5 oz tequila
2 lime wedges
Angostura bitters
Diet Ginger Beer

Instructions – In a highball glass filled with ice, add your tequila. Squeeze your lime wedges over the ice and tequila. Add a dash of Angostura bitters. Then fill your glass to the top with Diet Ginger Beer. Shake well to blend all ingredients and enjoy.

#4 – Keto Bloody Mary

Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
5 oz Mr & Mrs T Original Bloody Mary Mix (or try this one we found)
Crushed bacon bits (for garnish, if desired)

Instructions – In a highball glass filled with ice, add your vodka. Then top off with your Bloody Mary mix. Pour into a shaker. Rim your highball glass with your crushed bacon bits, and pour your well-shaken Bloody Mary back into your highball glass and enjoy.

#5 – Keto Whiskey Ginger

Ingredients
1.5 oz whiskey
Diet Ginger Ale
Lime Wedge (for garnish, if desired)

Instructions – In a highball glass filled with ice, add your whiskey. Then top off your cocktail with Diet Ginger Ale. Shake well, garnish with a lime wedge, if desired, and enjoy.
